The greatest improvement to Virtuemart order management in ccVAOM 1.0, must be the Batchbar. The Batchbar gives you the power to do more with your orders (and invoices) then Virtuermart will let you.
The Batchbar sits on top of the ccVAOM order management overview, and because of that can be part of your daily work flow. Let me show you just 7 examples of time saving actions that can be done with the Batchbar, in just a few quick clicks!
In the Batchbar there are two sections, "selections" on the left and "actions" on the right.
The idea is that you select what you want to manage (for example: orders from today) and then select the action (for example: create invoices), and press "Go". All kinds of combinations are possible, which the below examples will show you.
1. With the "date picker", select all orders between the period 3 to 13 May, and download those orders.
2. Select all "Pending" orders from the last 14 days, and batch change their status to "Canceled".
3. From the current selection of orders, batch download all orders.
4. From the current selection of orders, batch change the order status.
5. Select all orders or invoices with a number between 150 and 179 and show them in a list.
6. From today, select all orders with status "Payed with Credit Card" and "Payed with Paypal", and batch download them
7. From the current selection of orders, create invoices
