ccHelpdesk is an integrated FAQ, forum and ticket support solution for Joomla!.
On the users side it's an innovative extension that guides your users/clients to find the best answer to their questions and issues. Submitting a question or issue will be experienced as one easy action, not as three seperate actions (search FAQ, search forum, submit forum topic or ticket).
