Therefore adding a ticket to ccHelpdesk is a short and simple process. Your customers will have submitted their support request before they even realized it.
Submit a new ticket
Customers without an account on your website are not requested to think of a new password. They can submit a ticket with almost no effort and are automatically logged into the site after the ticket is submitted. Account details are created and e-mailed automatically.
Customer ticket list
The support overview automatically shows the most recent tickets first, and the search bar allows your customers to search for a specific ticket. All tickets are shown in open, answered and closed order by default, so your customers never wonder where there ticket went after they replied to it or if it was closed by support staff.
