Zend Optimizer has not been installed (correctly) on the server. Ask your host to install this for you and install cciDEAL again after this has been done. Please review the manual, where we explain more about Zend Optimizer. 

You can check whether or not Zend Optimizer has been installed on the server in the following location on your Joomla! website:

Joomla! Administrator > Help > System Info > PHP Information. Scroll down and look for the Zend logo. It should state (as in the image below) "with Zend Optimizer" not only Zend Engine. Zend Engine alone is NOT enough.
