The order status in Virtuemart is not being updated. The backend has been set to change the order to ‘confirmed’ once payment has been processed, or to ‘cancelled’ when a payment has been cancelled. However, the order status remains ‘pending’.
Unless you use Postbank/ING iDEAL Advanced or Rabobank Professional, updates on processed payments are not possible. Rabobank iDEAL Lite and ABN AMRO iDEAL Easy don’t support this feature as to yet. You’ll have to check your account or the iDEAL Dashboard yourself with these two bank versions to see if payments have been processed.
