ccNewsletter comes with a build in option to import and export details of subscription members. Import and Export is done in the "Import/Export" tab. Choosing "Import/Export" from the main "ccNewsletter" menu or the top navigation bar will display the "Import/Export" page. 

Export to csv

The subscribers details can be exported. The subscribers details are exported in csv format. You can export the subscribers details by clicking on the start button.

Import from file

ccNewsletter provides you an option to import files from different sources.To select different file formats, choose from the file type drop down option and upload the file of the particular type and click on the start button.
While importing, we can delete the current Subscribers data by selecting the "Delete Current Subscribers" radio button (optional).

Text file (.txt)

With this option you can import users from a text file. The text file formats are given in the following example:

• Format 1, e-mails only: Add a e-mail address in this format per line: email@address .com
• Format 2, name & e-mail: Add name and e-mail like his, one per line: name,email@address .com 

Delimiter: Specify a delimiter used to separate the name and email id. In our example we have used comma ",".

CSV file (.csv)

With this option you can import users from a csv file. The csv file formats are given in the following example:

• Format 1, e-mail only:
  email@address .com
  testname1@xxx .com
  testname2@xxx .com
  
  
• Format 2, name and e-mail:
  name,email@address .com
  testname1,testname1@xxx .com
  testname2,testname2@xxx .com

Text area

Allows you to import user email addresses manually by entering them in the text area. Note:Make sure that the email address you have entered is valid and is separated with a comma .
