When you're in the "Acknowledgment" tab you can specify the emails that could be send (if configured in the configuration as shown here below) to users that subscribe, unsubscribe and deactivate.
Configuration
To configure the sending of the email you should check the settings, shown here below, inside the "Configuration" tab.
Acknowledgment: Specify if a subscriber / unsubscriber should receive a confirmation email.
Send email to synced users: Specifies if a subscription confirmation email should be send to the subscriber(s) on synchronization.
Subscribe email: Specifies if a subscriber gets a subscription email when subscribes.
Unsubscribe confirmation: Specifies in a unsubscriber should receive a confirmation email.
Helpful Hints
[unsubscribe link] Inserted anywhere in your email will automatically generate a link for a user to unsubscribe.
[name] Inserted anywhere in your email will automatically generate a username for personal greetings.
[activate link] Inserted anywhere in your email will automatically generate a link for email activation.
Subscribe Mail
In the editor we can specify the content of the subscribe email along with an activation link. It's possible to insert a image and special characters to the content to fit the styling of your website.
Unsubscribe Mail
In the editor we can specify the content of the unsubscribe email along with an unsubscribe link. It's possible to insert a image and special characters to the content to fit the styling of your website.
Deactivation Mail
In the editor we can specify the content of the deactivation email to ask for confirmation of an unsubscribe request. It's possible to insert a image and special characters to the content to fit the styling of your website.
