Do you offer support with your extensions?

Yes, with every commercial extension we offer one year support and updates. You can create a ticket in our support system (in the menu under Support > Tickets) if you have a question. Our engineers will get back to you shortly. 

Can I install a purchased extension on an unlimited amount of websites?

Yes, you can keep installing any purchased extensions, even after the first year of support and updates. There are no restrictions on the amount of websites the extensions are used on.

Are your extensions encrypted, with Zend Optimizer or Ioncube?

No, none of our extensions are encrypted. You will receive full access to the extension and the code. Our extensions are open source, just like Joomla!.

Can I make modifications to the extensions?

Yes, you can make any necessary modification(s) to our extensions to fit your purposes. Our extensions are not encoded.

Can I get a refund?

No, all extension purchases from Chill Creations are non-refundable. (GPL) Software, once copied, cannot be returned like a physical product thereby offering us no protection for fraudulent returns. Please make sure that you have a good understanding of the extension you are interested in, buy reading the product page, blog posts and asking pre-sale questions if you have any. 

What license do you use for your extensions?

Our extensions are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2, just like Joomla!.

What are the system requirements for your extensions?

Joomla! 1.5.0 or higher, Joomla! 1.5.17+ recommended
MySQL 4.1 or higher, MySQL 5.x recommend
PHP 5.x or higher, PHP 5.2.x recommended
