aware that the right of withdrawal (the cooling-oﬀ period) for distance contracts applies
exclusively to consumers.

and payments must be processed through a payment provider.
When applying for an account with a payment provider, it is mandatory to be a business

that is delivered immediately. To accept payments with ccExtensions licenses,
ccExtensions licenses buyer needs a payment provider account, and payments must be
processed through a payment provider.
Because the delivery of Chill Creations ccExtensions digital software licenses takes place
immediately after purchase, the buyer explicitly waives the right of withdrawal and the 14
day cooling oﬀ period upon purchasing a license.The sale is hereby final.
